We accept the following insurance at this time: BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare and Cigna
If your insurance is not listed above, we are also happy to share a Superbill with you at the end of the month, which you are able to send to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider on what their policy on Superbill reimbursement is.
Intake Assessment (first session): $200
Follow-up sessions: $185
SYMBIS Pre-Marital: $450 (assessment and five sessions)
